Duties and Responsibilities:

Controlling and directing the food preparation process
Approving and plating all dishes according to restaurant standard
Managing and working closely with other chefs of all levels, inclusive of scheduling, daily roster of kitchen staff
Creating seasonal items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality control
Excellent knowledge of all sections in the kitchen
Ability to produce excellent high-quality food on a consistent basis
Determining food inventory, ensuring daily and monthly stocking
Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines, food hygiene practices


Minimum 5+ years experience in kitchen operations and management for the Head Chef posting
Advanced knowledge in Asian cuisine
Experience in Filipino cuisine is an advantage
Passionate about the food and beverage industry
High attention to detail
Exhibits entrepreneurship and growth mentalities
Displays both leadership and team player qualities
Should be able to work unsupervised, under pressure and be able multitask
Adaptability and willingness to embrace new concepts and processes
Positive and approachable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Great command of the English language is highly preferred
Less experience will be considered for the Sous Chef and Line Cook positions
