We are inviting applications from suitable candidates to fill the post of Project Co-ordinator
The applicant should preferably possess the following qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or above in Construction/Engineering/Architecture disciplines;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive working attitude;
- Proficient in MS applications, AutoCad, Microsoft project, photoshop, 3-D rendering & etc; and
- Minimum 4 years working experience in the construction field.
- Assist Project Manager / Project Director in delivering projects from inception stage to project completion;
- Coordinate with clients, landlord, consultants, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders;
- Prepare project documentation to manage design, procurement and construction process;
- Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor;
